SITE

Every thing you ever wanted to know about the site, as well as plenty you don't care about.

The Name

This collective was originally named Evendim, simply because I liked the sound of it. But after coming across a couple of other sites with the same name, I figured it was time to change it. It took me quite a while to come up with one. After giving it a fair amount of thought, I came up with Three P.M. The name is from the song "Wake Up Call" by Relient K. RK is my favorite band, and "Wake Up Call" was the first song I ever heard by them. You can read the lyrics here.

The Credits

The layout was inspired by Consequence, and Alex's style in general.
The gradients used were made by Crumblingwalls.
The brushes used were from Touchstone.

The Layouts

Version 4.0 Please Come True
Officially the first layout for Three P.M. It featured Gilbert Blythe and Anne Shirley (from the movie Anne of Green Gables: The Sequel). The scene was when Gilbert first proposed to Anne and was refused. (Foolish girl!) The style was very different from my usual stuff, but I was pleased with the overall result. It was inspired by Consequence, and Alex's style in general. The gradients came from Crumblingwalls, and the brushes came from Touchstone. The name comes from a line from "Overthinking" by Relient K: "You're my dream, please come true." I only though of it becuase I was listening to the song while I was working on the layout. It fit the scene, though, and it even fit with the name of the site. =P

Version 3.0 Upgrades
This layout featuring pics from "Upgrades", one of my favorite Stargate SG-1 episodes. The layout was inspired by I Couldn't Leave Her. I believe this was the first time I did this style of layout, but I have done it many times since. I'm not sure where I got the brushes I used.

Version 2.0 Pippin
I don't have a screen cap of this layout, and I don't really remember what it looked like, either. I only remembered to include it because I still have the coes I made to go with the layout. Anyways, it featured a pic of Pippin from the scene in the TTT EE entitled "Flotsam and Jetsem". I think it had a grey-ish green color scheme, but I'm not sure. If I remember right, it was a pretty boring layout. =P

Version 1.0 Arwen
I don't have a screen cap of this layout, either, because I took it down before I even knew how to take screen caps. =P I remeber this one pretty well, though, as I was quite proud of it. It featuring a pic of a very somber looking Arwen in a pink dress (it was never seen in the movies). I'm pretty sure it was a pop-up layout (one of the only ones I've ever made). It had a white and a red-ish color scheme and it was very box-y. It really wasn't a very good layout, but I liked it at the time.
